Please observe the prevailing weather conditions.
In case of storm or thunderstorm we may be forced to discontinue the operation of our lift services.

SKI PASS REFUND

In the event of an accident the ski pass must be submitted immediately to one of our cash offices. The medical certificate can be produced the next day. The days count as used from the date of issue until submission of the ski pass. Season and one-day passes will not be refunded. The cable car operators' terms and conditions do not provide for any reimbursement or extension of ski passes in cases where cable car services cannot operate as a result of weather conditions caused by force majeure (storms or risks of avalanches). Ski passes are not transferable. Lost ski passes will not be replaced. Bad weather, risks of avalanches, unforeseen departure, interruption or closure of slopes do not provide the basis for a claim for refunds or extensions. The subsequent exchange, extension or postponement of the period of validity is not possible.

Controls on the turnstile

Ski passes must be presented and handed in if necessary, at the request of the cable car staff or enforcement authorities. In case of refusal of the data inspection process the volume can be locked. Should guests be found in the control zone without or with an invalid pass, compensation shall be calculated. Misused ski passes shall be withdrawn without compensation. “Fare dodgers” are threatened with a fine of EUR 30.00.

Identity card required

Proof of age of children, students or, seniors, may need to be provided. This applies to any other reason a discounted ski pass is required. Proof may be required both when purchasing passes and at the lift entrances and appropriate photo identification is also needed. Please bear in mind that without ID neither free child passes nor discounts can be granted.


CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE

Please note the conditions of carriage for each cable car and ski lift (displayed at the ski lifts).

Aerial tramways are authorised to carry passengers and winter sports equipment. No carriage of flying machines and bicycles is allowed.

Chair lifts are authorised to carry passengers and winter sports equipment. These include, alpine skis, mono-skis, snowboards, swing boards (swingbo) with ski bindings, cross-country skis, snow gliders, ski bobs with short skis, bockerl with short skis, and snow scooters.

Drag lifts are authorised to carry passengers and winter sports equipment. These include skibobs, mono-skis, and snowboards, swing boards (swingbo) with ski bindings, short skis, cross-country skis, and special sports equipment for the disabled. The appropriate training for the equipment is required. If security is not guaranteed with the special equipment, then no transport shall be offered!

Ticket network

By purchasing a ski pass you are entering into a contract of carriage with Patscherkofelbahn Betriebs GmbH .

The individual services to which this card entitles you are provided by legally independent businesses. The business that sells the pass acts only as a representative for the other businesses. Therefore, only the relevant business shall be responsible for providing individual services and to compensate in the event of any incidents.

Key Card

Lift passes are only issued by key cards. Deposit fee: EUR 2.00. Return the undamaged, functional key card to the OLEX Key Card automatic machines or to a cash office.

Note: Key cards are validated by running them through each reader. Please bring this card to the ski resort only on the day of actual use.

Free ski storage

There are no controls or locks provided. Exceptionally, however, measures taken are entirely voluntary, or even lie outside the control of Patscherkofelbahnm Betriebs GmbH ; they shall not give rise to any obligation for the future, so that neither can each be assured that similar measures shall be used in the future, nor that, since once-off measures have been completed, it would be currently safe.

Resort operators cannot guarantee that this is a safe environment in which to store your equipment. The ski resort operator has no influence on how many people use the free skiing area. Therefore you ride entirely at your own risk.

Tickets and prices

Prices and information on services are available on request at our cash offices.

Maintenance of biking and hiking trails

The maintenance of hiking and biking trails is not the responsibility of Patscherkofelbahn Betriebs GmbH . The liability lies with external service providers.
