The Patscherkofel ski tours offer a big variety.

  • The Olympiaroute leads over 956 metres in altitude from the valley station of the Patscherkofelbahn via the piste to the mountain station.

  • The Vitalweg takes ski tour enthusiasts from the middle station via the Patscher Alm and Hochmahdalm to the mountain station. It covers around 250 metres in altitude.

  • Ski tourers also conquer 250 metres in altitude on the Patscherkofel ski tour on the Waldweg. From the middle station of the Patscherkofel cable car, the route first takes you along piste 3a and then into the forest to the mountain station.

  • The name of the Summit Route says it all, as it leads over 280 metres in altitude from the mountain station of the Patscherkofelbahn to the summit of the Patscherkofel and a cosy stop at the Gipfelstube.

Good to know

For the ski touring experience in Innsbruck, the pistes on the Patscherkofel remain open for ski tourers until 10.00 pm on Thursdays. On all other days, a secured descent is possible until 5.00 pm on the Patscherkofel ski tours. From 17:00 the pistes are closed and there is no danger protection.

Changing facilities for the ski tour on the Patscherkofel are available in the summit parlour and in the mountain station.
